When will the Compact be operational?
The OT Compact Commission (OTCC) is an active governing body. The Commission has completed development of the necessary interstate licensure data system that will allow for rapid verification of practitioners’ good standing among member states. States are in the process of testing their data uploads or moving into production (live) data uploading. Each state will operationalize (launch applications) the OTC on their own timelines. For more detailed information on the status of the OTC, please visit the OTC homepage.
